Payment on Invoice (maturity): 

This payment method is intended exclusively for the B2B segment. We allocate credit based on requests from the merchant. Customers are insured with Atradius and are assigned a limit approved by the insurance company.
We would like to point out that in the event of non-compliance with the due date stated on the invoice, we will charge you interest on late payment in the agreed amount of 0.025% for each day of delay.

 

Order Cancellation and failure to collect shipment:

You can cancel your order until you receive an email from us with the issued invoice. After that, it is no longer possible to stop the logistics process.

In case of non-acceptance of the shipment, you expose yourself to possible invoicing of failed transport, unnecessary logistics process. This process consists of the average costs incurred for transport, packaging and personnel costs, the current amount is 4-12 EUR incl. VAT (according to the amount of the transport fee). We reserve the right not to accept further orders until payment of this Invoice for the failed shipping fee.
